In a stirring address at the 1st Unveiling and Induction Ceremony of the Zazzau School of Health Technology on June 29, 2024, prominent speaker Abdul-Azeez Suleiman emphasized the pivotal role of youth in driving societal progress.

Suleiman highlighted the energy, creativity, and passion of young people as essential elements for positive change, urging them to embrace their potential as future leaders.

Suleiman expressed gratitude to the organizers and praised General Hassan Mamman Lai for his dedication to the Tukur-Tukur community.

He also lauded the Kuliyan Zazzau, Justice Ishaq Usman Bello, for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to the people.

Addressing the youth, Suleiman underscored their role as the “engine of society,” advocating for their empowerment and equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate future challenges.

He highlighted the significance of education, both academic and moral, as a foundation for effective leadership.

Suleiman called on the youth to be proactive in addressing community challenges such as poverty, insecurity, and social injustice, and to work collectively towards real change.

Suleiman noted the North’s pressing issues, including conflicts, economic regression, and poverty, stressing the need for committed leadership.

He urged Northern youth to demand accountability from leaders and work towards a political culture that serves the people.

In his concluding remarks, Suleiman called on the youth to remain vigilant over Nigeria’s direction, asserting the North’s significant role in the nation’s future.

He encouraged the youth to awaken and mobilize their potential for the betterment of the North and Nigeria.

Suleiman’s address was a call to action for the youth to take up leadership roles, advocate for their communities, and work towards a united and prosperous future.
