The Special Adviser to the Niger State Governor on Women and Affirmative Action, Mary Noel-Berje, has extended her deepest condolences to the Deputy Governor, Com. Yakubu Garba, on the passing of his wife, Haj. Zainab Yakubu Garba.
In a statement she signed, the Special Adviser described the deceased as a remarkable individual whose warmth, generosity, and unwavering support greatly contributed to the well-being of her family and the community.
She noted that Zainab Yakubu Garba will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
“During this time of profound grief, I and the entire women of Niger State stand in solidarity with the Deputy Governor and his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as they navigate through this incredibly difficult period,” she said.
The Special Adviser urged the Deputy Governor to accept the death of his wife as the will of the Almighty God, which no one can question.
She prayed that the family would find solace in the cherished memories of the late Zainab Yakubu Garba and the legacy of kindness, love, and spirituality she left behind.
She prayed to the Almighty God to repose the soul of the deceased and grant the Deputy Governor, as well as other family members, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
