Nigeria’s Supreme Court has affirmed Ademola Adeleke as the authentic Osun candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the state governorship election held on July 16 and the state governor-elect. A bench presided by Justice D Y Chandrachud has relied beyond the 1971 Act to rule that all Indian women could have legal abortion.
