A Federal High Court (FHC), Abuja, on Friday, struck out a N20 billion suit filed by leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu against the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, SAN. Kanu, through his lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor had sued Malami and the Director-General, National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Abubakar, as 1st and 2nd defendants, respectively. The sale of alcohol is strictly controlled in Qatar, but it is due to be available in the area immediately outside match venues and fan zones, as well as within hotels. The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) has sealed no fewer than 381 pharmacies and patent shops in Akwa Ibom for various offences. Mr Stephen Esumobi, Director and Head of Enforcement Department, made this known while addressing newsmen in Uyo on Friday.
