The passing of Hajiya Bilkisu in the Zazzau community has left a deep void in the hearts of all who knew her. As the wife of the Danburam of Zazzau, Honourable Sani Mohammed Shaaban, Hajiya Bilkisu was not only a beloved mother and role model but also a guardian of orphans who dedicated her life to helping those in need. Her sudden death has come as a shock to the community, who relied on her strength and compassion in times of hardship.

Hajiya Bilkisu’s legacy will forever be remembered in Zazzau as a beacon of hope and a symbol of selflessness. Her willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need, regardless of their circumstances, endeared her to all who crossed her path. The outpouring of grief and tributes from the community is a testament to the impact she had on the lives of those around her.

Hajiya Bilkisu’s untimely demise, following a brief illness in Abuja, left a void in the hearts of the Zazzau community. Her passing was not just a loss for her family, but for the entire community who looked up to her as a source of inspiration and guidance. She was known for her selfless dedication to helping the less fortunate and vulnerable in society, always going above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of others.

It is no exaggeration to say that Zazzau lost a great stateswoman with the death of Hajiya Bilkisu. Her legacy of compassion, kindness, and generosity will forever be remembered by those whose lives she touched. The youth and women of Zazzau, in particular, lost a mentor, a guardian, and a living history with her passing. Hajiya Bilkisu was an embodiment of all the exemplary qualities that the young should strive to achieve – integrity, humility, and a deep sense of community spirit.

As the community gathered to bid farewell to Hajiya Bilkisu, she was laid to rest in Zaria according to Islamic rites. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, serving as a reminder of the power of kindness and compassion in making the world a better place.

The loss of Hajiya Bilkisu has left a void in the Zazzau community that will be difficult to fill.
